3D porous scaffold provides excellent structural support for cell spatial adhesion, differentiation, proliferation, and migration as they would in native tissue microenvironments. Its architectural characteristics facilitate nutrients, oxygen, and drug distribution within the culture. Our porous scaffold products are derived from native tissue ECM with full spectrum or selected components of ECM proteins that biochemically support specific or desired expression of cellular markers as that seen in native tissues. These platforms are valuable tools for 3D tissue cultures, drug screening and delivery, bioengineering, and scaffolding cells for in vivo implantations.
